I think I could thrive as a flight attendant based on what I learned about myself throughout this course. In the personality test results, where it said I’m caring and I make decisions knowing how it is going to affect others. That is going to enhance my customer service skills as a flight attendant. It also shows that my interest trait test result is social, which usually involves assisting, teaching, healing or serving others. This is directly related to the role of a flight attendant, so I can take good care of the passenger. In the knowledge test results, it shows that my top subject area is Languages. That means I’m good at learning languages, which can develop my communication skills in different languages. It is going to help me to better communicate with my passenger, provide them with a good experience and enhance the customer service.
