rewrite the following with a concerned reply

This won’t work at all… elementary schools should all start at the latest time.. followed by middle and then highschool being the earliest and this would work better for many reasons.. younger children need more sleep and will focus better if it’s not so early in the morning. Highschool students can handle getting up earlier and if you think about it.. a lot of them may have younger siblings in middle and elementary who cant be home alone and If the high schools students are home first then you won’t have to worry too much about an adult being home because they could be still at work. ALSO.. we need to get more bus drivers before you make any type of changes.. more staff period across the board..

I'm really concerned about this proposal. It won't work at all if elementary schools start at the latest time, followed by middle school and high school being the earliest. Younger children need more sleep to focus better, so starting later in the morning would be more beneficial for them. High school students can handle getting up earlier, and many may have younger siblings in middle and elementary school who can't be home alone. Having high school students home first could create safety concerns if adults are still at work. Additionally, we need to address the shortage of bus drivers and staff before making any changes. This plan needs more careful consideration.
