To find the difference between the number of books checked out for each category and each age group, you simply need to subtract the numbers from last year from the numbers from this year.

For example, to find the difference in the number of Fiction books checked out by teens:
450 (this year) - 420 (last year) = 30

Repeat this process for each category and age group to find the following differences:

Teens:
Fiction: 450 - 420 = 30
Self-Help: 325 - 315 = 10
Historical: 255 - 275 = -20
Biographies: 180 - 175 = 5

Adults:
Fiction: 875 - 880 = -5
Self-Help: 560 - 545 = 15
Historical: 745 - 740 = 5
Biographies: 620 - 635 = -15

Therefore, the differences in the number of books checked out for each category and age group are as follows:

Teens:
Fiction: 30
Self-Help: 10
Historical: -20
Biographies: 5

Adults:
Fiction: -5
Self-Help: 15
Historical: 5
Biographies: -15
