Water freezes at 0 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit) and it requires an increase in temperature for it to melt and return to a liquid state. Heating the frozen water or exposing it to warmer temperatures will cause it to melt. Sound waves alone cannot unfreeze water.
