Rewrite this in a correct way

Then if it's an excuse wena you went to your man for the weekend and didn't make means unfortunately I will be handing it over to our VP and you will be fined. You guys attended the "Do you know your rules" event so you know how the fine thing works. So we were asked to encourage the sweeping of the corridor so that's also added on our cleaning duty starting from tomorrow. I do have a cloth to use when wiping the sink, no worries it's new I haven't used it I'm just worried that it might leave its fur on the sink but we'll work through that. The next item on the agenda is the cleaning duty. I mentioned this in our group discussion and I want to reiterate it now. I have created a cleaning schedule and asked everyone if they are comfortable with their assigned cleaning day. If for any reason you cannot fulfill your cleaning duty on your designated day, it is your responsibility to find someone to swap with. If you happen to miss your cleaning duty, I will remind you unless it was an emergency. If your reason for missing is valid, we will overlook it this time but you will be expected to clean on the next designated cleaning day to ensure fairness for everyone using the bathroom. If your excuse for missing your duty is not valid, such as going away for the weekend without making arrangements, I will escalate the matter to our Vice President and you will be fined, as per the rules we discussed at the "Do you know your rules" event. Additionally, we have been asked to ensure the corridor is swept regularly, so this will now be part of our cleaning duties starting tomorrow. I have a new cloth for wiping the sink, although I am concerned it may leave behind fur. We will work through any issues that may arise. If you need the cloth, please come to my room to collect it.
