WHO chart anthrpometry ranges with their interpretation

1. Underweight: BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2 - indicates low body weight relative to height, may be due to malnutrition or underlying health conditions

2. Normal weight: BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 - indicates a healthy weight relative to height, associated with lower risk of chronic diseases

3. Overweight: BMI 25-29.9 kg/m2 - indicates excess body weight relative to height, may increase risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes

4. Obesity (Class 1): BMI 30-34.9 kg/m2 - indicates severe excess body weight relative to height, significantly increases risk of chronic diseases

5. Obesity (Class 2): BMI 35-39.9 kg/m2 - indicates very severe excess body weight relative to height, greatly increases risk of chronic diseases

6. Obesity (Class 3): BMI 40 kg/m2 or higher - indicates extremely severe excess body weight relative to height, poses a significant risk to overall health and well-being.
