My current physical condition is good I weigh about 131 pounds I lift alot I can probably lift about 275-300lbs because of my work. I normally walk or run with my mom in my yard or I go play one on one basketball with my cousin down the road from me. One of my future fitness plans is to run for at least an hour without running out of breath fast I would like to be able to walk all day or be on my feet all day without running low on energy. My exercise plan for the next 10 days/ 2 weeks is to start running or jogging around my property for a good amount of time another plan I have is to start playing basketball more often when I get the chance because of running and jumping. I believe my plans and goals will help me in the future just in case I have an emergency and I can run somewhere without running out of breath
