B. This relation is not a function because the input value -1 is associated with two different output values (6 and 12). In order for a relation to be a function, each input value must be associated with only one output value.
C. This relation is a function because each student's age in 9th grade (Domain) is associated with a unique number of siblings (Range). Each input has one specific output, and there are no repeated ages with different numbers of siblings.
