Code of practice in regard to which conductors must be disconnected after the ELR(earth leakage relays)has operated
The following conductors should be disconnected after the ELR has operated:
1. The phase conductor(s) that caused the imbalance leading to the operation of the ELR.
2. The neutral conductor, if it is connected to the same circuit as the phase conductor(s) mentioned above.
3. Any other phase or neutral conductors that are part of the same circuit and could potentially pose a danger if left connected.
