Click on symbol at end of Quick Access Toolbar, Select email from drop down list

File, Info, Check for Issues, Check Accessibility, Ok

Click on the File tab, then go to Options.

In the Options window, click on the Quick Access Toolbar tab.

In the "Choose commands from" dropdown menu, select "Commands Not in the Ribbon".

Scroll down and select "Send to Mail Recipient".

Click on the "Add >>" button to add the command to the Quick Access Toolbar.

Click on the "OK" button to save the changes and close the Options window.

Now the "email command" will be added to the Quick Access Toolbar.
