Power to another power rule definition

The power to another power rule, also known as the power of a power rule, states that when a base is raised to an exponent and that whole expression is raised to another exponent, the exponents can be multiplied. Mathematically, it can be represented as:

(a^m)^n = a^(m * n)

Where "a" represents the base, "m" represents the first exponent, and "n" represents the second exponent.
