Exercise in concrete

One exercise in concrete is a squat. Here is how to perform a basic squat:

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward.
2. Engage your core and keep your chest lifted throughout the exercise.
3. Begin by slowly bending your knees and pushing your hips back as if you are sitting back into a chair.
4. Lower your body down as far as you comfortably can, keeping your heels on the ground and your back straight.
5. Pause briefly at the bottom of the squat, then slowly push through your heels to rise back up to the starting position.
6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

It is important to maintain proper form during squats to prevent injury. Keep your knees aligned with your toes, and avoid letting them collapse inward. Also, make sure your weight is evenly distributed on both feet throughout the exercise.
