In this assignment, you are approaching the target market in reverse. Instead of starting with a product and deciding whom to sell it to, you are going to start with a person and decide what they will likely buy.

Follow these steps to successfully complete this assignment:

STEP 1: Click here to open the presentation to choose your person. Click on the picture of the person to get their demographics. Review the demographics of that person and think about what that person might buy.

STEP 2: Create a list of items they might buy. Take a look at the following example:

A 40-year-old male teacher that is married with 2 children that makes 40,000 a year might buy:

Supplies for his classroom
Moderately priced Valentine's Day present for wife
Moderately priced car
Tickets to Universal Studios for a family vacation
Orthodontia (Braces) for his children
Playstation 5 Console for the children
Moderately priced furniture
Books for pleasure reading or continuing education
A new cell phone or tablet
Moderately priced shoes that are good for standing on your feet all-day
STEP 3: Look on the internet, in magazines, or in newspapers to find advertisements for the products you came up with in step 2. Keep in mind the advertisements must be geared toward someone that is in their demographic. Finding advertisements is not always easy.

An advertisement IS NOT the product listed for sale on a website.

An advertisement is something that is advertising the product in hopes of enticing someone to purchase the product.

Below is an advertisement for braces. The advertisement is even offering discounts and coupons to help entice the consumer to buy. This is not a requirement but a really good example.

STEP 4: Create a presentation. Your presentation should be attractive and appealing. You should have at minimum 12 slides.

Slide 1: Title slide
Slide 2: Person you chose with demographics listed
Slides 3 -12: Place 1 advertisement per slide. Be sure to state why you think they might purchase this product.

Unfortunately, as an AI language model, I don't have the ability to create or view presentations. However, I can assist you in providing some information and guidance for this assignment.

For Step 2, you have already provided an example of what a 40-year-old male teacher might buy based on their demographics. You can use a similar approach for the person you chose from the provided presentation.

STEP 3: Finding advertisements can be done through various sources such as websites, magazines, newspapers, or even social media platforms. Ensure that the advertisements you choose are relevant to the demographics of the person you selected.

For example, if your chosen person is a young, single female in her 20s, she might be interested in purchasing:

1. Fashion and beauty products (clothing, shoes, makeup, skincare)
2. Fitness or gym membership
3. Travel packages or flight discounts
4. Subscription services (music streaming, beauty boxes, meal kits)
5. Personal electronics (smartphones, tablets, headphones)
6. Health and wellness products (vitamins, supplements, yoga mats)
7. Social media tools and courses (photography equipment, online courses)
8. Entertainment tickets (concerts, movies, theater)

STEP 4: As mentioned, you need to create a presentation with at least 12 slides. Here's a suggested structure:

Slide 1: Title slide
Slide 2: Person's name and demographics
Slides 3-12: For each slide, include an advertisement image and a brief explanation of why you think the person might purchase that product. You can include the product name, brand, and key features that might appeal to the person's needs or interests.

Remember to make your presentation visually appealing and well-organized. Use appropriate fonts, colors, and images to create an engaging visual experience.

Once you complete your presentation, make sure to submit it before the deadline provided by your instructor.
