Questions

1. What 2 movements were your favorite and why did you like them?

2. What is an isometric movement/hold & what are the benefits?

3. What movement was the hardest & Why? What muscle group(s) does this movement target?

1. My two favorite movements from the workout video were the squat jumps and the plank rotations. I liked the squat jumps because they were a great way to get my heart rate up and work my legs at the same time. The plank rotations were also enjoyable because they challenged my core strength and stability.

2. An isometric movement or hold is when you hold a position and contract your muscles without any movement. The benefits of isometric movements include increased muscle endurance, improved joint stability, and enhanced strength in the specific position being held. Isometric exercises can also help improve overall body control and balance.

3. The hardest movement for me was the burpees. This exercise targets multiple muscle groups including the chest, shoulders, arms, legs, and core. It was challenging because it required a combination of strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. The continuous jumping, squatting, and push-up motion made it a tough exercise to complete.
