What is moksha?

Moksha is a concept in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism, which refers to liberation or enlightenment. It is considered the ultimate goal of life and the liberation from the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth (samsara). Moksha is believed to be a state of complete bliss, freedom, and union with the divine or cosmic consciousness. It is achieved through spiritual practices, self-realization, and the realization of one's true nature. Different paths and methods are followed to attain moksha in different religious traditions, but the ultimate aim remains the same - to transcend the limitations of the material world and attain spiritual liberation.
