The value of sin(x) can equal -1 for multiple values of x.

One possible value is x = -π/2 (270 degrees). When you plug -π/2 into the sine function, sin(-π/2) = -1.

Another possible value is x = -3π/2 (-270 degrees). When you plug -3π/2 into the sine function, sin(-3π/2) = -1.

There are other values of x where sin(x) = -1, but these are two examples.
