For purposes of examination, a subdivider is required to keep and maintain records of all sales transactions and funds received by the subdivider pursuant to the sales transactions, and shall make them accessible to the commissioner:

A. Upon request.
B. Within 5 business days.
C. Within 10 calendar days.
D. Within 15 working days.
