Describe how successful you were at accomplishing your physical activity goals throughout this course. If you were to start your goals again, what changes would you make to your starting goals?

Throughout this course, I have been moderately successful in accomplishing my physical activity goals. I have been consistent in incorporating exercise into my routine and have seen improvements in my stamina, strength, and overall fitness level. I have also been able to stick to a regular workout schedule, ensuring that I am consistently active.

However, there were a few instances where I found it challenging to stay motivated and committed to my goals. There were times when I felt overwhelmed with work or other responsibilities, which led to missing a few workout sessions. Additionally, some days I lacked the energy or enthusiasm to push myself to my full potential during workouts. These instances slightly hindered my progress, but I managed to bounce back and stay dedicated overall.

If I were to start my goals again, I would make a few changes to my starting goals. Firstly, I would set more specific and measurable targets. This would allow me to track my progress more effectively and provide a clearer picture of my accomplishments. For example, instead of aiming to exercise three times a week, I would specify the types of exercises (cardio, strength training, etc.) and set clear time or intensity goals.

Additionally, I would diversify my workout routine to make it more engaging and enjoyable. Trying different activities such as swimming, hiking, or dance classes would prevent monotony and help me stay motivated. Incorporating more outdoor exercises would also allow me to enjoy nature and fresh air while working towards my goals.

Furthermore, I would prioritize rest and recovery days to avoid burnout and injuries. Building in regular rest days would ensure that I give my body enough time to recover and prevent overexertion. Planning those days in advance would help me schedule other activities or self-care practices, making the overall experience more balanced and sustainable.

In conclusion, I have been successful in accomplishing my physical activity goals throughout this course, although with some minor setbacks. By setting more specific goals, diversifying my routine, and prioritizing rest, I believe I can optimize my success rate if I were to restart my goals.
