Both Jordan and Kuwait have monarchs, whereas the United Arab Emirates and Oman have a different form of government. The king of Jordan and the emir of Kuwait have more power and authority compared to the leaders of the United Arab Emirates and Oman. Additionally, citizens of Jordan and Kuwait are able to vote, while women are not allowed to run for office in both countries.
