- 30 minutes of jogging
- 20 minutes of weightlifting

Comments:
- Felt a bit winded during jogging, probably due to my smoking habit. However, managed to complete the session without too much difficulty.
- Weightlifting went well, didn't feel any significant impact from smoking on my performance.
- Overall, I need to work on improving my endurance and stamina, which could be hindered by tobacco use. Will aim to reduce smoking to see if it helps.
