Resistance of a circuit in ohms

The resistance of a circuit is measured in ohms (Ω). Ohm is the SI unit of electrical resistance. Resistance is a measure of how much a material or component resists the flow of electric current. It determines the amount of voltage required to push a given amount of current through a circuit. The higher the resistance, the more difficult it is for the current to flow, and the lower the resistance, the easier it is for the current to flow.
