The process of planning a digital trip for our group followed the stages of forming, storming, norming, performing, and terminating. In the forming stage, we came together as a group and discussed our objectives, roles, and expectations. We shared our ideas and started brainstorming on potential destinations and activities. However, during the storming stage, there were some conflicts and disagreements regarding the itinerary, budget, and preferred activities. We had to work through these issues by openly communicating, actively listening to each other's perspectives, and finding compromises that satisfied everyone.

Once we moved into the norming stage, we were able to establish a sense of unity and agreement on the trip plan. We created a clear and detailed itinerary, assigned tasks and responsibilities to each member, and established the deadlines for completing them. We also established a communication plan to ensure everyone stayed updated on the progress and shared any challenges or concerns.

During the performing stage, each member took on their designated roles and responsibilities. I took on the role of researching accommodations, transportation options, and local attractions at the chosen destination. I also contributed to the budget planning and assisted in coordinating with other members to ensure all aspects were well-aligned.

Some of the problems we encountered during the project were the conflicting preferences of activities and the budget constraints. To solve these issues, we held group discussions and conducted a voting process to prioritize activities based on everyone's interests. For the budget constraints, we re-evaluated our spending and made adjustments by looking for more cost-effective options or redistributing funds from one category to another.

One of the biggest takeaways from this project was the importance of effective communication and collaboration within a group. We realized that open discussions and active listening can help resolve conflicts and find common ground. Additionally, we learned the significance of planning and organization in ensuring a smooth execution of tasks and meeting deadlines.

If given the chance to improve the project, we would have allocated more time for the storming stage to address conflicts and concerns more thoroughly. This would have helped us avoid potential issues that arose later during the project. Additionally, we could have improved the information sharing process, ensuring that everyone had access to important updates and resources in a more structured manner.
