For movers pick up boxes, each box has a different mass, and each mover applies a different amount of force to lift the box which box will have the greatest acceleration

The box with the lowest mass will have the greatest acceleration when being lifted by movers applying different amounts of force. According to Newton's second law of motion (F=ma), the acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the applied force and inversely proportional to its mass. So, when the force applied to all boxes is different but the masses of the boxes are different as well, the box with the lowest mass will experience the greatest acceleration.
