Does EACOP refine crude oil and if so mention refineries

Yes, the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project includes plans for the development of a small-scale oil refinery. The refinery will be located in Hoima, Uganda, and will have a capacity to process up to 150,000 barrels of crude oil per day. This refinery is expected to help in meeting the domestic demand for petroleum products and reduce the dependency on imported refined products in the region.
