How to make a turkey burger

Here's a simple recipe to make a delicious turkey burger:

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. You can use a burger press or shape them by hand.
3. Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. If using a grill, lightly grease the grates before cooking. If using a pan, add a little oil to prevent sticking.
4. Place the turkey patties on the grill or in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. If desired, you can melt some cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
5. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns.
6. Assemble the turkey burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomato, cheese, or condiments like ketchup and mustard.
7. Serve the turkey burgers warm and enjoy!
