In column F, Liang wants to include the actual dollar amount of the work completed. Enter this information as follows:

c. Select the range F6:F14, right-click, and choose Format Cells. In the Format Cells dialog box, select the Number tab, choose "Comma Style" from the Category list, set the Decimal places to 0, and click OK. The range F6:F14 will now be formatted with the Comma Style and no decimal places.
