In the lesson, you learned about optimal health. We are going to take some time to analyze and assess our own wellness goals. We are only given one body, so we better have a plan to keep it healthy throughout our entire lives.

Task 1: Answer the following questions in 3-5 sentences about your own health.
Do you think you have optimal health? What can you do to be more healthy?
If you feel good about how healthy you are, what do you do to keep that way?
If you don’t feel as if you have optimal health, what is your plan for improving it?

I believe that I have good overall health, but there is always room for improvement. To be more healthy, I can focus on having a balanced diet, regular exercise, and proper sleep. Additionally, I can introduce stress management techniques like meditation or yoga into my daily routine. To maintain my current level of health, I make sure to prioritize self-care activities such as eating nutritious meals, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep. If I feel like my health is not optimal, my plan for improving it would involve consulting with a healthcare professional to assess any underlying issues and create a personalized plan that includes a combination of healthy lifestyle choices and, if necessary, medical interventions.
