There is no treaty of Paris in 1763. However, the Treaty of Paris of 1763 refers to the agreement signed between Britain, France, and Spain, which ended the Seven Years' War (also known as the French and Indian War in North America). One of the provisions in this treaty was the transfer of Canada from France to Britain. France also ceded territories such as Louisiana and Florida to Spain.
