What is reflection

Reflection is the ability to analyze, think deeply, and consider our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through reflection, we gain insight into ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. It involves taking a step back, questioning our assumptions and biases, and examining events and experiences to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the situation. Reflection helps us learn from our mistakes, grow as individuals, and make intentional decisions in the future.

Reflection is the process by which light, sound, or any other type of wave, energy, or particles are redirected back towards the source after encountering a boundary or obstacle. It occurs when a wave meets a surface or interface and bounces back, either returning to the same medium or entering a different medium. The angle at which the wave reflects is equal to the angle at which it approaches the surface, in accordance with the law of reflection.
