Original Paragraph BELOW. Write how children’s lives were like during the Great Depression/Dust Bowl. You may write in first-person

During the Great Depression and Dust Bowl, my life as a child was very difficult. Our family struggled daily to find food and keep a roof over our heads. I had to drop out of school to help my parents work on our family farm, which was ravaged by drought and dust storms. We often had to travel to find work, living out of our car or makeshift shelters. I remember being constantly hungry and cold, and worrying about the safety and well-being of my family. It was a time of immense hardship and struggle, but I learned to appreciate the small joys in life and the strength of family bonds.
