Hiiii

Hello! How may I assist you today?

Nothing. My dad told me to not worry about it, but I am. How do I get my old Roblox account back? I forgot my password to it, after I changed it and I didn't add an email or password to it. I made on May 21st, 2018 and forgot it July 10th, 2020. I don't know any/remember of the credit cards or transaction payments I made on the account. I contacted Roblox Support ever since July 2020 for 3 years and yet I have not got my account back. I've provided evidence as such as the birth date on the account, the place and device where I made the account, the last game I played on the account, the items I bought on it, and the old password before I even changed it. Help, what do I do? Please and thanks!

I understand your frustration, but if you provided all the necessary information to Roblox Support and have not been able to recover your account in the past three years, then it might be unlikely that you will be able to get it back. However, you can try contacting Roblox Support again and explaining your situation. You can also try providing as much information as possible about the account and your past transactions, such as the username, payment details, and any other possible information that might help them verify your account ownership.

Additionally, it's always recommended to add an email and password to your accounts to secure them properly and avoid losing access to them in the future. I hope this information helps you.

What is some other information I can possibly provide them with that'll help me get my account back? :(

You can provide them with any previous usernames you've used on the account, any other email address that you might have associated with the account, or any other information you might have used to create the account, such as your exact location, your full name (if you used it to create the account), and any other details that might help them verify your identity and account ownership. If you have any old screenshots or videos of your account, you can also provide them to show your account ownership. However, keep in mind that the more information you provide, the higher the chances are that you can recover your account.

Well, I made LOTS of alt accounts in the past like in 2018 and 2019 and friended them with my account. If I tell them the passwords on those accounts and that they are my alts and that's it's friended with the account, Will that help?

Providing information about your other accounts and the fact that they are associated with the account you're trying to recover might help. However, providing passwords for other accounts might not be recommended, as this can be seen as a violation of Roblox's security and privacy policies. It's best to provide as much information as possible about the accounts, but avoid sharing any sensitive information or passwords. You can mention that you have other accounts associated with your account and give some details about them, like their usernames, but don't give away any account-specific information that could be used to compromise any of your accounts.

Well, if I find a screenshot of me with my old account, will that help?

Yes, providing a screenshot of you logged into your old account can be a great piece of evidence for your account ownership. If the screenshot contains any identifiable information such as your old display name, account name, or profile details, it can further prove that you are the rightful owner of the account. If you have any other screenshots, videos, messages, or emails related to your account, you can also provide them to Roblox support. However, keep in mind that recovery is not always guaranteed, but providing as much evidence as possible can increase your chances of success.

Ya-know what? Nevermind. I made lots of accounts
