What is being cyber savvy and give one example

Being cyber savvy means having knowledge and skills to safely use technology and protect oneself online.

Example: Being able to identify and avoid phishing emails that may look legitimate but are actually attempting to steal personal information such as passwords or credit card details. A cyber-savvy person would know to check the sender's email address, hover over any hyperlinks in the email to see where they lead, and double-check with the company directly before clicking any links or providing any sensitive information.
