In three to four sentences, write a narrative paragraph that includes two transitions. The transitions should tell information about two of the following: what is happening when, where the action is happening, or whether time has passed between events.
As the sun set over the rolling hills, the farmers brought in the last of the harvest. They worked quickly and efficiently, their calloused hands moving in unison to gather the crops. After a long day in the fields, they gathered around a warm fire, sharing stories and laughter well into the night. When the morning sun rose, they were back in the fields, already starting to prepare for the next harvest.
