Mishary Rashid Alafas

Mishary Rashid Alafasy is a renowned Kuwaiti preacher, imam, and Qur'an reciter. Born on September 5, 1976, in Kuwait, his full name is Mishary Bin Rashid Al-Afasy. He is also known by his kunya, Abu Nora. Alafasy has a captivating voice that has endeared him to Muslims around the world.

Apart from being a proficient reciter of the Qur'an, Alafasy has a Bachelor's degree in Islamic jurisprudence and Sharia from the Islamic University of Madinah, Saudi Arabia. He is also known for his Islamic songs, or nasheeds, which have gained popularity in the Muslim community.
