What are Congress limitations of power

Congress has limited powers under the Constitution. These powers are enumerated in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution and include the power to tax, borrow money, regulate commerce, declare war, and raise and support armies and navies. Congress also has the power to make all laws necessary and proper for carrying out its enumerated powers. Additionally, Congress has the power to impeach and remove executive and judicial officers, and to propose amendments to the Constitution.
