Why do we have to multiple regression model?

Multiple regression models are used to analyze the relationship between multiple independent variables and a single dependent variable. This type of model allows us to identify the individual contributions of each independent variable to the dependent variable, as well as the overall effect of all the independent variables combined. This type of analysis can be used to identify the most important factors that influence the dependent variable, as well as to identify any potential interactions between the independent variables. Additionally, multiple regression models can be used to make predictions about the dependent variable based on the values of the independent variables.
