Money can bring people happiness in the sense that it can provide them with the means to purchase goods and services that can bring them joy and satisfaction. However, money can also bring people unhappiness if it is used to purchase things that do not bring lasting satisfaction or if it is used to buy things that are not beneficial to the person's overall wellbeing.
