Point-slope form:
y - y1 = m ( x - x1 )
where
m = slope
x1 and y1 are coordinates of point
In this case;
m = - 7 , x1 = - 5 , y1 = 4
y - y1 = m ( x - x1 )
y - 4 = - 7 [ x - ( - 5 ) ]
y - 4 = - 7 ( x + 5 )
