Which of the following describes active voice

Active voice: Subject>verb>object

Example: Sarah bakes muffins
Sarah is the subject
bakes is the verb
muffins is the object

Passive Voice: object>verb>subject
Example: Muffins are baked by Sarah
Notice that the passive voice uses a for of "to be" (e.g. is, are, were), changes the verb to past tense, and uses the word "by" before the subject. This form is also more wordier than active voice.
