How to do Chinese stomach exercise?

1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.

2. Place your hands on your stomach and take a deep breath in.

3. As you exhale, draw your navel in towards your spine and hold for a few seconds.

4. Release and repeat 10 times.

5. To increase the intensity, you can add a twist. As you exhale, draw your navel in towards your spine and twist your torso to the left. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat on the other side.

6. You can also add a leg lift. As you exhale, draw your navel in towards your spine and lift one leg off the floor. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat on the other side.
