The field includes the top 60 players from the Official World Golf Ranking, the top 10 players from the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup standings, the top 10 players from the European Tour's Race to Dubai standings, the top 10 players from the Japan Golf Tour's money list, the top 10 players from the PGA Tour of Australasia's money list, the top 10 players from the Asian Tour's money list, the top 10 players from the Sunshine Tour's money list, the top 10 players from the Korean Tour's money list, the top 10 players from the Latin America Amateur Championship, the top 10 players from the Amateur Championship, and the top 10 players from the U.S. Open sectional qualifying.
