I need the perimeter to a trapazoid
A(-2,5) B(8,5) C(-4,-1) D(4,8)
the area is 45
perimeter is supposed to equal 31.4
Normally we list the points sequentially, that is,
from A to B, from B to C, etc.
When I do that, AB and CD cross each other
Plot your points, the restate the trapezoid, matching vertices with
their coordinates in the proper order.
