When a question asks for finding the zeroes of the equation, am I allowed to use the quadratic formula?
2 answers
It depends on whether the equation is a complex or factor-able equation.
In other words, if you can't factor it, use the quadratic formula, remember you can only use the quadratic formula on quadratic equations , for example: (ax^2 + bx + c).
