part 1: mole

convert the following numbers of moles of chemical into mass in grams
1.0.57 moles of ammonium chloride
2.95.0 moles of lead oxide
3.3.45 moles of aluminium iodide

convert the following masses into moles
4.16.5g of sodium chloride
5.89.0g of sodium hydroxide
6.15.5g of water

please help me, im so lost and i suck at online school, im a visually learner and our teachers suck.

Surely you aren't lost.

grams = mols x molar mass.
Given any two you can calculate the third one; however, it might help if you had numbers that meant something. For example, what does 4.16.5g of sodium chloride mean? Is that 4.165 or 416.5 or something different.
Let's assume you meant 416.5 grams NaCl and you want mols. Then
mols = g/molar mass = 416.5/58.45 = ?
Post your work if you get stuck.
