4x-4=3x-2
im confused of the steps/ how to solve. My teacher did it weird so searched google and it was weirder. help is appreciated
add 4 to both sides and you have
4x = 3x+2
Now subtract 3x from both sides and you wind up with
x = 2
check: Does 4*2-4 = 3*2-2 ?
8-4 = 6-2 ?
