Is there a way to move what is on Google Drive to be able to send it on Google Mail (G Mail)?

Yes I think there is but I am not sure how?

In any program — Docs or Sheets or ?? — look in the File menu (near the top left) and you should find different options. I usually download a Doc as a Word file and it gets saved on my computer. Then I can send it as an attachment to an email.

Essentially, I put some *videos* on my drive that someone e-mailed to me. Is there a way to put all these *videos* on an outgoing e-mail?
