How will I know the modal class from a grouped data w/ equal class sizes if the highest frequency is 7 but then it appears thrice in 3 intervals.

34.00 - 39.69 frequency: 7
39.70- 45.39 frequency: 7
62.50-68.19 frequency: 7

With your data, the distribution is bimodal, with one mode occurring in the 34-45.39 interval and the other in 62.5-68.19.
