If your expression mean :
( 21 m / 11 m ) + 12 - 10 m - ( 12 / 11 m ) + 12
Then:
21 m / 11 m + 12 - 10 m - 12 / 11 m + 12 =
( 21 m - 12 ) / 11 m - 10 m + 24 =
( 21 m - 12 )/ 11 m - 10 m * 11 m / 11 m + 24 * 11 m / 11 m =
( 21 m - 12 - 110 m ^ 2 + 264 m ) / 11 m =
( - 110 m ^ 2 + 285 m - 12 ) / 11 m
Looks to me like it means
21m/(11m+12) - (10m-12)/(11m+12)
= (21m - (10m-12))/(11m+12)
= (21m - 10m + 12)/(11m+12)
= (11m + 12)/(11m+12)
= 1
