Homework Help: algebra

Need to make sure I am figuring this problem correctly.I have to analyze the fat content and the protein content on three different items, here is one...
cookies weigh 340g and state 6g fat, I figured... 6x9=54 fat cal
54/340g x100%=15.88% fat content.

Is this the right way to handle this?

dunno where the 6x9=54 came from, but 54/340 is indeed 15.88% fat content
