Let's begin with the first word. If a word requires an accent mark, it is incorrect without it. That includes the ñ. The first sentence has 2 verbs when it needs only one.
Había una vez un conejo pequeño.
Now we have something called "personal a" before anyone's name = al Señor Bushy...
Irregular preterite of querer = él quiso (yo quise)
When you ar going to get into trouble in Spanish, SIMPLIFY. una cola ...una cola que pzrecía la de una ardilla.
él vio al Señor Porcupine...y él quiso las púas.
May I suggest you get a good dictionary (there are many online; just ask) and learn how to use it = quills. Also, querer has special meaning in the Preterit. he wanted = quería but he intended = quiso (small point, yes, I know, but your Spanish reflects that you now should know some finer points = in case you misunderstand, your Spanish is quite good for your level of study)
él pasó a la Señpra { u mp ;e recpmpcoerpm u mp ;e dekarpm emtrar/
El Señor Groundhog (unless you want to look it up = marmota de América)...here's a run-on sentnce. Stop and use a period or semicolon...
Sometimes if I don't see the English of what you are trying to say, I can't figure it out. Plase help with "él era mandar a la arbol deseen" = so many mistakes I'm not sure where to start.
I have an emergency here this morning so while I'm calling the doctor, please work on the rest. I'll be back ASAP.

Continued:
personal "a" = pasó a la Señora P...él quiso (guessing here = webbed feet?) = las patas membrádas
Después, (accent) pequeño al Señor G
run=on sentence =he was sent to the tree they wishd? = él fue mandado al árbol que deseaban
pájaro pequeño (accents).... quiso
He desired? Deseaba OR INSTANTLY deseó las alita rojas y unas alitas aparecieron. (plural subject = plural verb)
How many mothers?...Su madre, el Señor
B y la Señora P no le (you understand "le" is used in Spain and lo elsewhere?) y no le dejaron entrar.
El Señor G...reconoció ...dejó
El conejo pequeño
probably not era triste (ALWAYS) but se puso = became?
Por la mañana
a, el conejo pequeño...al árbol (gender & accent) que deseaban (that they wanted?) = you began telling this story in the past, so stay there; that's why I'm getting rid of the present tenses
deseó no tener alitas. (infinitive construction or you are forced to use the Subjunctive and I don't know that you have studied that)....tenía
(not transitive verb here but reflexive) = se transformó...pequeño
sus is plural and madre is singular = that is a "no no." visitaba a su madre...
difference between ser & estar = new sentence? capital letter = Él estaba.... quería ser...más que a sí mismo.
I hope you got that in time. Next time, start sooner if you can!
